Quote & contact forms: name, email, phone, vehicle details, service requests, and messages you submit.

Studio Console account: if you sign in with Google or email magic link, we receive your email address, display name, and Google account identifier (when using Google). We store session data to keep you signed in.

Customer portal: vehicle records, quote status, fleet information, training progress (for team members), and status updates you or our staff post about your projects.

Technical data: IP address, browser type, device information, and analytics via Google Tag Manager (when enabled).

Customer and account data is stored on secure Cloudflare infrastructure (D1 database, KV sessions, and private R2 object storage for attachments). Access to admin tools is restricted to authorized staff. We use industry-standard measures including HTTPS/TLS encryption on every form submission, secure HTTP-only cookies for sign-in, and rate limiting on authentication routes.

Vehicle photos & video: when you attach media to a quote, portfolio submission, or Studio Console job, files are stored in our private Cloudflare vault and archived to our secured studio Google Drive for estimators and detail staff only — not public or searchable folders. Portfolio images are never published on dbj-usa.com without your explicit consent and admin approval.

We may use trusted providers to operate the site, including:

• Cloudflare (hosting, database, private file storage)
• Google (Sign-In, Maps embeds, Places API for public review display, Tag Manager, secured studio Drive archive for customer media)
• Resend (transactional email for magic links, when configured)
• PayPal (consultation deposits on select pages)

Each provider processes data under its own privacy terms.

We use essential cookies for sign-in sessions and preferences (such as light/dark theme). Analytics and marketing tags may set additional cookies when you consent through your browser or applicable tools.

You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal data we hold about you by emailing support@detailedbyj.com. You can sign out of Studio Console at any time from your account menu.
