Detailed by J provides professional automotive detailing, paint correction, ceramic coating, maintenance programs, and related studio services from 9834 Alpaca St, South El Monte, CA 91733. Quotes submitted online are requests for review — final pricing and scope are confirmed by our team before work begins.

Appointment only — no same-day or walk-in service. Book before you arrive.

Studio Console is our unified workspace for customers, certified partners, and studio administrators — including vehicle status, fleet records, training, and operations. You are responsible for maintaining access to your email account and for activity under your login. Notify us immediately at support@detailedbyj.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

Appointment availability is subject to studio capacity. Deposits or payments collected through third parties (such as PayPal) are governed by those providers' terms in addition to any written agreement we provide for your specific service.

Cancellations and rescheduling should be requested as early as possible. Repeated no-shows may affect future booking eligibility.

We exercise professional care on every vehicle. You agree to disclose known defects, aftermarket modifications, prior repairs, and sensitive materials before service. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, manufacturer defects, or issues unrelated to our documented work.

Keys, valuables, and personal items should be removed before drop-off. We are not liable for items left in the vehicle.

You agree not to:

• Attempt unauthorized access to admin, API, or customer systems
• Scrape, overload, or disrupt site infrastructure
• Misrepresent your identity or vehicle ownership
• Use the site for unlawful purposes

Site content, photography, logos, and branding are owned by Detailed by J or used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute studio media without written consent.

The site and portal are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties not required by applicable law. Our liability for any claim relating to the website is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the twelve months before the claim, except where prohibited by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes shall be brought in courts located in Los Angeles County, California, unless otherwise required by law.
